Buna ziua ...azi burduf planetara fata stanga perforat !

 

O noua interventie la POLARIS privind burduful de planetara , era cam de mult perforat - stiam de el dar l-am tot carpit cu Voctor Reinz dar nu a tinut mai mult de un an !!!

A inceput sa iasa vaselina din dansul ...

Am desfacut totul dar fuzeta ramane legat de amortizor , doar pivotul de jos trebuie desfacut ca sa poti trage planetara afara !

La mine a iesit destul de omeneste ...nu am avut deloc rugina pe caneluri ! 

Odata scoasa afara m-am apucat de opera ...curatata de grund ...etc rugina !

Asadar am dat burduful jos - cel spart -  si dupa ce am curatat vaselina frumos pe acolo am dat sa scot rulmentul sau jonctiunea cum vreti sa-i zicem si cand am vazut ca nu are siguranta m-am luat cu mana de cap !

Toate planetarele ortodoxe din lume au siguranta pe tripoda cand dai sa o scoti din pahar !!!!nhl2.gif

Asta era frate sertizata sau stemuita din fabrica pe margine cu niste deformari dreptunghiulare - vezi foto - PFOAIIIII....scared.gif

Astia or facut.o in ideea ca nu se uzeaza niciodata ...adica nu tre sa o servisezi NEVER !!!

Asa ca am luat Dremel.ul si da-i la pila ...daca tot m.am apucat de ea acu musai tre sa o fac  !

Odata pilite blocajele am dat afara rulmentul omocinetic ...

Odata pilite blocajele am dat afara rulmentul omocinetic ...ramanand paharul gol . Mentionez ca planetara are o precizie demna de invidiat dupa 15 ani . Tzipla ...mai rar asa ceva ...fara gram de joc  !!!

Ce lucruri si materiale se faceau odata ...hehehehe  !!!

Daaa ...no bine ..no !!!

 

Asadar am scos cuplajul afara din pahar si inca nu puteam sa introduc burduful deoarece partea interna a rulmentului era pe ax !!

 

Aici o alta chesti ciudata ca corpul rulm. de asemeni nu avea siguranta pe canelurile alea ...asa cum au toate planetarele ...mai sa fie NUMAI CIUDATENII am vazut la planetarele astea americane !

 

Am masurat cu sublerul cota de intrare si am incercat sa il scot afara de pe caneluri !

Intr.un final l.am scos prin bataia axului folosind o menghina mare pe post de suport , nu a iesit foarte greu si cand colo ce sa vezi - SIGURANTA ERA PE INTERIOR - Pfoaiii ....asa ceva nu am mai vazut blushing.gif blushing.gif
